Are there difficulties in obtaining a DTV visa for Thai language or cooking classes?

Most embassies/consulates are asking people to apply for an ED visa instead which in all fairness sounds more suitable. I mean why do you need to a 5 year visa to learn how to cook Thai food 😂. They should never have included that in the DTV as the ED visa in place for those sorts of activities

I’ve had confirmation and extensions are 1900 baht. The 10,000 baht is just the initial payment for the visa

So your tourist visa will run out and you will come back into Thailand on a visa exemption? As long as you are from one of the qualifying countries then you will get a 60 day visa exempt stamp

you don’t need one. It is a digital nomad/remote worker/foreign talent/freelancer visa. If you do your research then all your questions will be answered 👍👍

well that’s what the visa is. 5 year multi entry so that’s exactly what you can do. 180+180, stamp out of Thailand and stamp back in and do it again
