 I am applying out of the Embassy in Oslo. They did not mention having to work remotely from Thailand, so the letter from my CEO explicitly states "The worker can work remotely from abroad".

 I have not yet sent the letter by the CEO. They requested a letter from the CEO regarding if I am allowed to work abroad or not. My CEO mentions in this letter how much I will be earning in the common months, and how long I will be working for. Also mentioning that my start date was May 1st.

I was thinking of showing this + a cover letter showing my 1 current month of invoice and also explaining the situation as a whole

 Yes, I applied as a digital nomad, contracted for a company in my home country. I included proof of 500k baht over the last 6 months, work contract + company registration and a cover letter explaining my role and what I will be doing (stating that I am not going to work with thai clients etc.)
