For what it's worth, I got notice today on the dashboard requesting additional documents. So that means they got around to looking at it pretty quick!
Now I'll be compiling all the requested items they asked for (a more detailed portfolio of my work + the last 6 months of payslips along with said pay being highlighted in my personal checking account).
I feel like it's actually fairly educational for others to see. I would never had thought prior to this to factor in the public holidays of both the nation I'm applying a visa for and of which the consulate/embassy resides in.
Vietnam had a bank holiday yesterday as well, which if there was not a Thai holiday the office also would had been closed.
Call me Western-centric, but it something that didn't occur to me. I hope with others seeing this, they'll think twice about the timing of their submission and whether or not this can have an impact on their planning.

It's in my Wise Canadian account, which I've read has been fine with applications done in Vietnam. I'm going to apply via Hanoi as it seems to be quicker and more relaxed than HCMC
