I have a non B visa with BOI work permit. Well, at least the stamps look the same. Lol.

Officially I report my last working day is 3 Dec, so they gave me until 3 Dec midnight to leave Thailand. It is alright for me cause I'm leave on 3 Dec 2:10am. 😊

Update on my situation. Decided to talk to my current/ex employer to submit cancellation of work permit with my last day being 3 Dec. So that was done online and I bring a copy of the approved document together with copy of my work permit (printout from website) and inform immigration office to cancel my extension on non B with 3 Dec as my last day. Went to Chamchuri Square and with proper documentations and alot of smile and speaking politely, everything was done within 10-15 mins.

thanks. I'll try to apply for 60 days covid extension and if unable to get it, then will go for 7 days extension. Not going to risk having my name in overstay list.

Thanks.. but my flight out of Thailand is on 3 Dec 2:15am. My non B will be cancel today or tomorrow.

If my non B is cancel on 1 Dec but my flight out of Thailand is on 3 Dec, would it make sense to pay 1900baht for this 7 days or just pay the fine at the airport.

Vaccination is our best bet for safety against covid for now. When will it ever be safe from covid? The virus is in the air and it does not have expiry date. It will probably outlive us. This is the new norm.

Btw, living under the rocks doesn't necessarily protect you from the virus either. 😆

Newer cars are fuel efficient. Just for reference... Recently went on a 2300km roadtrip and spent around 3000 baht. This is on 95 fuel and mix of highway, city, town and mountain roads from BKK->Petchabun->ChiangMai->Doi Suthep->MaeSot->Sukhothai->BKK.
