I should add that I did successfully apply for a single entry tourist visa by post back in August but now I need to apply for a non immigrant visa and just trying to confirm that it is still possible by post before i send everything off.

Hi, the automated message reads 'Please note that the Royal Thai Embassy cannot accept visa application by post' but on the website they do give instructions to apply by post also.

Ha, yes true. It's just the guy I spoke to at the embassy didn't seem to know himself so he had to go and ask someone else while I was on the phone. It left me slightly unsure...
