ORIGINAL POSTERHello yet again, I'm just a little confused so was hoping someone could clear this up for me...
I just called the London Thai embassy and they told me that to gain a non-immigrant O visa I just need to show 2 things - a copy of the marriage certificate and a copy of my partners thai passport or ID card.
No financial requirement needed to be shown. Can anyone confirm this from their own experience?

for the 3 months one not need for the extension of a year - need it at the Thai Immigration.
