Hello yet again, I'm just a little confused so was hoping someone could clear this up for me...
I just called the London Thai embassy and they told me that to gain a non-immigrant O visa I just need to show 2 things - a copy of the marriage certificate and a copy of my partners thai passport or ID card.
No financial requirement needed to be shown. Can anyone confirm this from their own experience?

Ha, yes true. It's just the guy I spoke to at the embassy didn't seem to know himself so he had to go and ask someone else while I was on the phone. It left me slightly unsure...
