Morning all....

Quick question re. renewing yearly extension based on marriage at Chaeng Wathana.

I need to renew my extension this month. Since the last extension we have moved to a new condo (in bkk) which is no longer rented and with a mortgage in my wife's name. She however is still officially registered at her home town not at the condo.

So for my extension last year I think I had to show the rented condo contract and a signed copy of the landlords id card.

Does anyone know what documents I will require this time? (copy of wife id card and mortgage documents perhaps?)

Thanks in advance!

Cheers

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on the documentation required to renew their yearly extension based on marriage, specifically mentioning a change in residence to a condo owned by the wife, who is still registered at her hometown.
