Mike Curl since you have it, bring it down as well. What I did each year was to bring down affidavit from embassy and tax records in TH. Whatever I have no harm. They are fickle. At least whatever they don’t need, they will pass it back to you. They keep what they need. More important.
And I don’t trust the people on the phone. They don’t even sit at the desk processing the applications. Those ladies sitting at the counters more important.

Map of residence is essential. Letter from your wife is only needed during the visa O application.
Letter of rental agreement is under your wife name but if you can get the actual landlord to draft out a simple letter will be good unless your wife is the owner itself.
Like Tod mentioned, you have 14 days before and 7 days after... anyways it’s just a stamp and won’t affect your yearly extension of stay if you are on one.
