zable is right to ensure the lawyers handling your case has the experience of doing work permits. Every lawyers claimed they can do but not all is actually expertise on it.

it’s doable as a start up company won’t have to show the SSO for 3 months just yet. They just need to hire for a start just to show existence of Thai staffs in the company.

not unless they open the company and named themselves as one of the directors. WP can be issued based on this for a start up company.

Actually you can bring out as much as you want BUT you must declare to your local Immigration airport. Not declaring is an offense if the amount is more than approved. That’s where the hassle comes from, Q & A bla bla...

Every year extension of stay for IMM O / OA etc, it’s a new application each time so the funds need to be season all over again. As long as the amount shows 800,000 for OA and season enough during application it’s doesn’t matter if you have use all even as long as the required amount is season correctly during application.

Actually the “non-employment” stamped meant he got the non Imm o based on Thai wife. It’s not “No Employment”.
