If you actually need to pay a fee for your 🐈 cat, you will pay it in Baht at the customs red Goods to Declare area, not at immigration. There are ATMs in the Arrival Hall, immediately after immigration. You pick up your cat at the oversize baggage station near carousel 8 and take it and the paperwork to the Animal Quarantine Office. They examine and approve the documents. Then you go to the Red Channel at Customs and show the documents and declare your 🐈 cat. The Customs Officer when I brought my cat here charged me 1000 Baht (no receipt).

they do not have to give a reason and they didn't. Presumably because I have an overseas address. It is happening to many others in the UK I understand that Barclays are in the process of closing UK accounts in the same way
