There are ATMs in the Arrival Hall, immediately after immigration. You pick up your cat at the oversize baggage station near carousel 8 and take it and the paperwork to the Animal Quarantine Office. They examine and approve the documents. Then you go to the Red Channel at Customs and show the documents and declare your π cat. The Customs Officer when I brought my cat here charged me 1000 Baht (no receipt).
