It is possible but a big pain in the ass to convert visa now, i concluded it is a lot easier to fly out and apply for a visa in Vietnam

KTB gave me bank account 2 weeks ago on a tourist visa, i needed to bring with me the original marriage certificate and you need to open it 15 days before your visa expires.

If you want to convert to a non-o Marriage visa in Thailand you need to show a deposit certificate, even if you apply with a income affidavit from your embassy.

If you qualify, but have problems documenting your income you should talk to immigration...

There is other ways to qualify, like getting a OA visa outside Thailand and return and set up a bank account.

You have to show that you you have sufficient funding anyway, agent or not!

When you sign the application form, you sign that every information you give is correct. How can a pricy agent do that legally?

It's your signature on the application, not the agents 😉

The pricey agent is expensive because this is done with a fee under the table!

I don't know how they do it, but if you get caught for using fabricated documents your probably in deep shit.

You have to merge the PDF statements you get from the different banks to one file...

I guess they will ask you to do the same with every side (blank to) in your passport as well
