If you're actually being serious and aren't taking the piss, you should know that you don't understand the 1st Amendment. It protects speech from *Govt* interference, not regular people or companies or any other non-governmental entity. JUST the govt. 🙄

In every visa group I've been in, in Vietnam and Thailand, there are certain people who just want to act like they're superior or are expats but think it's fun to close the door behind them & tell other expats to f#ck off...it's all the same. But amongst that there is always invaluable information that you can't get off the Immigration Dept's websites...real people's experiences and solutions that are helpful. Block and/or ignore the a$$holes.

Yes, ok. I have looked at it before and it was very vague about details. It wasn't even sure if it would work for medical treatment, for example, and has only been recently that people have received them. Even someone that got the medical treatment DTV said that it was so new they weren't sure about all the details, either. And asking questions is exactly what FB groups are for, so no need to police other people, as I didn't even address you. Cheers!

NIce, congratulations. Thanks for the details. How long is the duration of the DTV? Do you have a certain number of months before you have to leave, a certain amount of time you have to be out of the country...anything like that?

Do you get 6 months per year, or do you just have to exit for a few days and re-enter, or is there a minimum number of days/months you have to be out of Thailand before you re-enter? Thanks!

Yes, have heard that for years. The decision has already been made but they have to go through the motions to meet the person face to face.
