@Benjamin *****
thank you very much. Anyway I wouldn't be able to do it because at that moment I didn't have a valid visa as I was told on July by an immigration officer at MTT 😞.

However I learned the lesson and I will ask for confirmation and accurate information by this group.

Thank you very much for make this point clear and the previous time you have helped me by this Facebook group!

Just to update and hoping could be useful for anyone.

At the end, I went to MTT to know if I can make the 90 days report now (previously, I wasn't allowed to do it by immigration officers – even being there – due to covid-19 at CW and for being under amnesty at MTT) and I was rewarded with a 2.000 THB fine. Unfortunately, I wasn’t the only one under the same situation, other people were making the same complaint.

I explained my situation. Then, I was told that an announcement was published on the immigration website which said that people under amnesty has to regularize 90 days report before October 31. Is it correct? I haven’t been able to find that announcement.

So, everyone who is in similar situation, be aware and carry 2.000 THB to pay the fine whenever you plan to make your situation regular about this report.

Thank you very much for your answer. Last time I received that paper was in my last extension of my former ED visa. Then, I went to do the report to CW but, due to covid-19, I was told I dont have to do it and they sent me back home; my visa expired that same week and I passed to be under amnesty. On july I updated my TM30 and took the chance to try with the 90 days report, and I was told I cannot do it because i was under amnesty and didn't have valid visa. Then, I got 60 days extension based on visiting family, they didn't give me that paper you show (I imagine because I was allowed to be only 60 days since that moment). Finally, this week I was granted with an extension of one year, based on marriage with thai woman (sorry for using not accurate terms) and, due to I didn't receive that paper, I asked what can I do at immigration and then here.
