Yeh thanks , I’m sure the UK don’t provide such a letter so I might book a ticket out. Doesn’t matter if it’s a bus ticket instead of flight right ?

 yeh true, was just hoping for any slight info or patterns as to reasons both ways. However it seems fairly random and dependent upon the IO’s mood or quotas they need to fill lol

 thanks, I just read here that you need to do the standard 30 day extension to the visa exempt stamp before being eligible for this? I was hoping to do the covid visa instead of the regular 30 day extension.. but I guess that’s not possible?
