the 30 day extension on a 30 day visa exempt entry stamp is added to the expiration date you have now so going early will not cost you any days. No need to wait until your stamp is running out

in Bangkok you can ONLY go to IT Square Laksi Plaza to get an extension on a 30 day visa exempt entry 😉 You can't use any other office inside bangkok for that extension

Is it the same as Immigration Division one? Because I have to change my visa type to ED and my boyfriend needs to extend his 30days exemption. I think I have to go to immigration division one for my case but is it different for him?

ALL of bangkok is "division 1 😕 You change a visa type at the main immigration office out at the government complex (Building B) on Chaengwattana Road
