It might be a good idea...if it's not too costly...otherwise you would just have to go visit a neighboring country for a short time and come back in on a new stamp...it's not a big deal but can be a hassle and 90 days is good anyways

I just did that...chose retired for employment...showed the money as requested...and had legitimate soft power reason with documents.

If your application is all correct and legitimate you shouldn't have a problem.
