I guess you should get a paper from the district office stating that the father hasn't register such a legitimation.

It's not enough. The embassies want the date of the 1st dose now, and it's not mentioned in the EU certificate.

l'ambassade en France accepte les documents en français, je pense que c'est pareil pour la Belgique.

It didn't happen to myself yet, but to other members of the French FB group. It seems that the family doctor has access to our files with the social security and can print out the two detailed certificates.

The same happened with the embassy in Paris lately. They were happy with the UE certificate up to now, but suddenly they ask for proof of the first shot.
