Helena Ramos I think you will find that it has to be a Thai registered sim. Mine is an e sim with True. But to be honest I could not give you an honest answer on this.

Helena Ramos yes you now need your own personal Thai sim. I have a contract with True that I keep open all year even though only spend max 6 month in Thailand.

Allan Deacon I use Kasikorn in Thailand no problems, My wife is with Bangkok and we have a Joint account with SCB, no problems at all with any.

I use Wise account to transfer money to all 3 accounts and it’s in any of the Thai accounts I send to in seconds.

James Curtin I recently came in for my third visit this year with no issue staying 59 days. I am married to a Thai girl for 18 years and we come and go, I do not extend visits I travel to other countries for a week or two then return.

you will need to put your old passport number in as that is what they have registered. Do not use new changed passport number.
