Just had mine downloaded off fone onto A4 paper..but use foto gloss paper if you can.it wasnt an option up here in the sticks of issan..but immo accepted them no problem..not sure about Jomtien immo,they can be fussy

Ya 90days will start again on return to Thailand.if you leave b4 due you do not need to do it.ps dont 4get re entry permit😁

they never asked to see bank balance after "under consideration" 1 month.went 29th jan this week for full stamp an re entry permit😀..i have not touched balance.yet😜

i did Surin div4.they said i can use money,but they were inconclusive in interpretation as to when i could use it..i know 800k retirement funds are totally different format
