So I filed my 90 day report today. Receipt says the next reporting day is April 28. I fly out on April 28. Do I need to file it?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If your 90-day reporting day falls on the same day you are scheduled to fly out of Thailand, you do not need to file the report. Various users confirm that they have successfully traveled on their reporting day without reporting and that it is only required for those staying longer than 90 days in the country.

The way immigrations interprets it is IF you stamp OUT of the country on the due date you theoretically left BEFORE you were required by law to do a 90 day report ๐ฎ
I only know this because I was leaving on the due date of a report years ago and asked both at the immigration office and then again at passport control when I stamped out.
They both said no need to report if you leave on or by that date

I stand corrected in the face of first hand experience. :-)
