It’s a gamble. You take a risk if you apply without if being in your account for close to 3 months. Some people have been approved with recent transfers and some suspect the recent transfer is why they’ve been rejected. The embassy in Hanoi for example doesn’t state you need it in your account for 3 months but they seem to be getting stricter and in recent months there are more posts about rejections from there.
If you can’t wait 2 ish months to apply, you could write about the reason for the recent transfer in your cover letter, explain where it’s come from, show the statements of where it’s been transferred from and make it easy for them to understand. By addressing it and giving them confidence you have a secure financial position, you should be ok. Also include in your cover letter why you want to be in Thailand, where you’ll live. that you won’t work in the country etc.
