hello, no information sorry. I’m hoping to travel around the 14th and have a negative result.

I’m with Etihad,

I’m looking to get a certificate to avoid quarantine if tested positive in Thailand. Whether or not this would exclude me from quarantine is another question.

Have given up my Thai pass as it’s invalid and canceled my flight.

So just playing the waiting game 😞

remember they are reviewing entry requirements too.

You can change your Thai pass for 72 hours. However the 10th is the last day they are valid for. Also I think if you have had covid this means there is changes to your Thai pass making it invalid.

I’m in the same situation as you.

😕

@Lizzie *****
this is who I’m travelling with.

Do you know if there was a minimum time between infection and when you can fly?

yeah it’s a tough one. It’s also making sure that’s no chance we are carrying even after neg tests.

yes I can’t find this anywhere. Just got to hope and have good enough insurance to cover you if you do get positive.

ok, so yeah that’s completely up in the air then 😰.

I’m thinking it’s time to change my mindset and delay my flight until the end of January.

Give up my Thai pass 😰

I do not want to bring this into Thailand.

yes it’s such a nightmare! The UK is blanketed in Omicron luckily it’s super mild and not a cause for concern. Just extremely inconvenient.

I popped back for 3 weeks 🙈 I’m due to fly on the 4th, which is only 8 days after contracting.

I have a Thai pass which can be changed for 3 days later, although not sure 100% as my circumstances have changed.

I would definitely get a certificate (don’t know how to do this, I think you have to have a NHS pass), and do PCR tests and pray.

🤯🤯🤯

My main worry is the time after covid you can travel. Have you found this information anywhere?

I’m still trying to find information on how long after infection/recovery you can enter.

Some countries are 2 weeks.

I’m trying to fly back to Thailand after testing positive.

Will phone the Thai embassy, UK today and see when I need to change my flight to.

Good luck!
