thank you very much. Her new employer asked her to get her current visa extension canceled and once it's done they will provide all documents to apply non-b visa outside Thailand.

But now I will have to do it for the first time. Do I still need to do it in person to get into their system or am I already in their system after leaving and entrying the country many times?

I did the same last month in Vientiane, you need to make an appointment first (hopefully at the same time with your wife) . Ask your employer to provide you all docs for your wife as well. She will be applying for non O visa. Also if your marriage is not registered in Thailand you will need the original certificate legalized by the embassy of your country and a translation to English and Thai.

With all docs you shouldn't have any problems. The cost for non o and non b for single entry 90 days is 2000 baht. Good luck

She never mentioned it was easy, is just she didn't know there was an online option and nobody told her about that at imigration office. Now she will try to do it online because for her is easy too.
