Thanks again everyone for your help im still quite confused as of why we cannot travel during the consideration period, I mean you could travel and still be living at a place ... also if the immigration officers come for a surprise visit and I’m not there, my relatives are there and can always tell the immigration I’m just away for a day and will be back the next or whatever 😂

I have a non o immigrant visa already but I couldn’t do an extension for 90 days as I was asked to leave the country and basically do a visa run but with covid, that was impossible which is why I got a 60 day covid extension in the first place. And to season the required money in the bank (2months ) in order to obtain the married to Thai visa for 1 year, I have to make a 60 day visiting Thai family visa when my covid extension expires. Quite a complicated situation 😅😅😅

the only problem with doing that is the immigration office may come and do a “surprise inspection” at the house where we are registered but then our personal belongings won’t be there anymore will be at the flat we will be renting.

but the stamps don’t mention covid at all which is why I do not know what extension I got 😂 it only says « upon discretion of the immigration office » anyways I was extended and right now it’s all that matters and I got plenty time to get my one year married to Thai extension 😊😊😊 this group helped me so much! Thanks everyone

thanks really, suddenly feels a tad less complicated and confusing 👍 👍 👍 could you tell me if a transferwise online bank account is valid with 400k baht? Under my name of course
