no not yet i went for extension.yesterday which was granted on non b.

Hoped lawyer would sort it.

I will take what i have and go file with local police.

Me too.its not right they can do this to you.

My new employer is waiting to apply for my new non b.

Making our lifes time and money a nightmare .

Btw this woman runs a language school and cooking school also.

She knows the rules laws required.

Its just a power game to her.

Yes lawyer got the run around.

And its obvious they dont tend to do the required documents for me.

Im.so upset by this woman

First she never gave it to me.

Only gave me a copy.

I resigned as not paid wages and many issues..

I have not used the work permit yet.

Yes extension of stay.i reported yesterday and asked for 7 day extension.

No one asked for it. In fact my immigration lady said welcome back.

I nearly fell over.:)

On a Tourist visa and prior I had a non b and ed in my passport.

Look smart

Be polite

Have the cash in case they ask

Say thank you

Can I convert a tourist visa to a Non-Immigrant B visa while in Thailand?

No a tourist visa is just that

You must get new employer to do the paper work to be granted a non b

Then into a work permit, they should pay it but often think you may leave so they ask you to pay it as insurance to them and you staying with company

That's my experience
