Matthew Donatello I was really confused too when I got my 60 Day Tourist Visa that ended after 90 Days.

I actually even went to immigration to ask them why it was 90 days and yet my stamp was 60 days. I was kinda hoping for “oh hey you got a rare 90 day Tourist Visa, enjoy it!”

Haha I guess I’m an optimist 😜

They never explained it but instead just said “nope it’s 60 days”

n for clarifying that it’s the validity of the visa and the date is the expiratory of the visa’s validity.

Ok that is what I have been finding.

That also explains how some folks have been able to go with the annual income as well.

This seems to talk about the applicant being a relative of a Thai. My children and I are American with no relationship ties to a Thai (bad pun?)

So far I haven’t seen anything about the yearly salary....only the 400k...this seems to be an undocumented loophole that may or may not exist
