Seen 1 person rejected 3 times after have pending approval status

I had the exact same thing with Hcmc. I don’t have a specific portfolio I submitted my cv with a cover letter explaining my role and why the additional documents didn’t apply to me.

My advice is to supple a cover letter for each request explaining your submissions. Answer all requests in detail.

Hcmc Thai consulate does approves visas 7 days a week. I believe you can get an extension online with your viet visa. I was in the same situation a couple months ago my visa was approved on a Sunday night.

Did you have a re entry permit for your current non b visa

My friend recently got rejected from Saigon consultant 3 times. He for the criteria no problem but after the first rejection which was due to him not checking his information on passport issuing date. It was like he was black listed. 1k usd down the drain

Are you funds not meant to be held outside of Thailand.

I recently just did the same as you, ended a work permit and non b.

Got my dtv no problem but based on funds earned and help outside of Thailand.

I know someone who had the same problem and his next 2 applications were rejected .

My friends application was cancelled because his passport issuing date scanned incorrectly. He hadn’t ensured his data was correct. No question just cancelled.

and this is exactly why they make the rules. So some money remains in Thailand!
