I think that’s right. I had to do something similar traveling Ireland Spain - Thailand.

I had to request the COE in Spain as the one from Ireland wasn’t valid.

The guy is getting attention and is happy to pay for it. We all told him the reality but he rather not hear us and stay the way he is now.
