it depend where you get married. I married in New Hampshire. So I went to do authentication at city hall first then NH state and then send it to US department in DC and after that New York Thai embassy. You should be able to find information from ur Thai embassy in ur state where u been married. Thai government not accept US married certificate anymore without Authorization. I don’t know how long ur mom did it I just did all the work recently.

First make sure your Married certificate authenticates by US department and Thai embassy in US first. US married certificate can’t be use in Thailand without authorized.

If she is Thai nationality… she only need her Thai passport fly to Thailand. She don’t need any visa. Also if you are going with her U only need US passport and air plan ticket.

My son dual US-Thai. He is entering with Thai passport when arrive in Thailand. And entering with US passport when he arrive in Us.

yes my husband is American. I don’t know if different country different rule or not. They require both US driver license , passport and fill out W9 form.

My husband open Bangkok bank last week. He has 90 days non-o visa. They require USA ID, passport and visa stamp on the passport.
