We have all required documents as we have 4 WP already but it makes life easier to do without the WP 3

But I’m puzzled as to what the difference is in these 2 requirements, is it not the same thing a signed, stamped invitation letter ?

- An original letter of guarantee from the employer with authorized signature and Company Seal Stamp with details about the purpose of the visit to Thailand and a copy of the company registration. A copy of I.D. card of the authorized signatory is also required

- A letter from the Thai Business Counterpart with authorized signature and Company Seal Stamp, stating the details about the visit to Thailand.

Valère Jesse Geurts Khaikaew I’m based in Krabi, I’m sure my accountant can handle it when the time is right but always good to get a few opinions as we all know there are many answers to the same question here in the LOS 😂

Also make sure your paperwork is perfect and you have the required tip 😉 I recently renewed mine and 2 staff members and the checking and scrutiny from Imm HQ is immense, we had to change / correct documents that have been fine for years and still are with all other governments depts, things as minor as spelling mistake on TAT licence that has been same for 3 years now
