yes, however I sent it by email. I only gave them the company registration number.. kicking myself I didn’t send the document as I have it

It's gone into pending approval - this means they've sent it on without the document they've asked me for, I've emailed it to them but they won't see it. I'll call them Wednesday to let them know this, or do you think they can approve with the relevant info (such as reg. number of company?) probably the only case of this happening lol

if they ask again - I mean, do they usually cancel/reject if they request additional info and I resent what I initially had done? I feel like I may have messed up by highlighting the number only

i think I’ll need to call them tomorrow morning and ask them to re-request it rather than cancel it. The registration number I gave them gives all this info so idk
