I mistook part of what you said. I posted a photo in another comment. It’s for the STV not tourist visa. They cancelled the requirement for funds verification.

Email to a member from the Thailand Longstay company that processes the Special Tourist Visa. Apparently after being in play for a few weeks they have already removed the financial requirement (500k baht in a bank account for 6 months). Business must be booming.

I have a separate account. Occasionally (every 2 months or so) I’ll drop a few baht in there to update the book and keep it going. Other than that I don’t touch it.

What does the notarization stamp from the US Embassy in Bangkok say and can I keep my location confidential?

yes it is. That’s what I used it for. Official business in America. Never heard a peep about it when I submitted it. All the notary’s on staff are Americans in America. I was referred to it by an American on this page and she said she used it for some pretty sophisticated transactions in America and also had no issues.
