How can I pay rent for a condo in Thailand without a Thai bank account?

 Thagthai only allows you to scan registered business QR codes. And when a store is registered it generally allows card payment, making it useless. Landlords and street vendors also use personal QR codes so can’t use Thagthai or Moreta.
