 your money has to be inside your account at least 2 months before you apply for en extension.

 you just say to the officer you want an extension based on retirement and show your bankletter with 800.000 baht. I did that, no problem .

Apply for a Non Imm O in your home country before you arrive. Then after 2monthes after your arrival you apply for 1 year extension based on marriage with thai.
