Depends which visa you are planning to apply. Tourist visa TV gives you 60 + 30 days. For the special touris visa STV they have different requirements. Check your embassy website.

Visa is what you apply from the embassy when you enter the country. If you are already in the country its called extension of stay which you apply from the immigration. Big difference.
