but since its not possible due to overstay to appy for a proper visa from inside, even the options one day trip cannot be done, isn't it? Even if medical certificate "covers" the time she overstayed?
I assume only solutions is to get to an evisa embassy (malaysia, vietnam, cambodia) e get it done in few days (we have all the paperwork needed).
I think she has already all the documents to apply through evisa (non O). On the other hand we were thinking (as we do not want for her to stay that long outside thailand as she recovers) just to exit and come back and do it from inner immigration.
So it wont be a problem having the overstay stamp anyways?
she is less than 2 yrs old. Long story short, her mum my partner as a work permit which should be done for her too as a non o but they did a mistake when this was done to her mum. So she got back to thailand with a tourist visa plus extension. Now, I know she would not get any fine or anything, but might it be a problem as she now has to go out.
We have 2 options i reckon:
go out and to the evisa process (mine 2 days ago took less than 24 hrs in malaysia)
or exit thailand come back and do it at the immigration befre the 21 days.
thanks. So those 17k baht for the certificate are just once in 5 years? Maybe it sounds dumb but I have no idea still finding clarity. For example. If have have bank statement or even 500k in a thai bank account. Shall i still provide contract (in caso of freelancer one)?
