I do have options. 1-I am married to a Thai and have not yet used or applied for a marriage visa. 2- I am looking for the least path of resistance. I can apply for a Non-O with multiple entries or do the one year renewal on the marriage visa.

Basically I am trying to figure this whole thing out.

 well the last time I came in Phuket customs said they only allow Tourist visa to come in and out twice a year. I on the other hand have been coming in and out every 3-4 months staying up to 60 days on a tourist visa stamp.
