ORIGINAL POSTERJust a quick FYI if using the appointment booking system at Phuket Immigration office.
I made an appointment a month ago to renew my annual retirement extension and received a reminder by email the day before. However, on arrival was told they don't use the appointment system anymore and take a number 🤣
The queue was not too bad as there seems to be more staff now.
