Not sure if this is just affecting myself, but on 10th March had my NO (Retirement) extension stamped and signed to expire 27 Match 22. Moved to new residence on 1st May and juristic tried today to file TM30 online, but could not find a record of the latest extension. When I checked on my mobile app to the immigration service it advised my status for overstay was normal but had expiry of 27 March 2021? I suspect the online services were down so long the backlog of data updates has not caught up. CW closed at the moment anyway so best advice on what my options are. At the moment I am more or less self isolating so not too keen on public transport out to CW to try and sort personally.
