I just found out something yesterday. You have to report to immigration where your staying even on a 30 day holiday.

If you stay at a resort all the time then the hotel records your stay so dont have to do anything. But if like me I'm staying at our home the landlord or my wife has to give you a TM30 or register that your staying there.

I am traveling from my usual place of residence at my wife’s house in Roi Et to Phuket for a couple of month to stay in a hotel or guest house.

Do I need to report with TM31 in Phuket at the local immigration office or police station once I arrive?
