For 4 year university degree
This is at Nairobi consulate. But any examples from other consulates would also help.

ORIGINAL POSTERI just discovered that the Nairobi consulate does not like it if you have done a visa extension while on a tourist visa in Thailand.
My friend went to get a single-entry tourist visa. But he had done a single-entry tourist visa before. And he had extended by 30 days at immigration in Bangkok (from 60 to 90 days total).
The consulate did not like this. They said they do not give tourist visas to people who have extended them in the past. And he was told to not do this again.
Just FYI.
Has anyone encountered this at other consulates?
