AXA travel health coverage attempted to reimburse me for a cheap hospital visit in Bangkok but got the account number wrong. Now I can't get anybody to respond to me in order to fix this and it's been months now that I've been requesting assistance. I do NOT recommend AXA travel insurance for Thailand. Beware!

Hi, I'm came into Thailand with AXA travel insurance via Test and Go. Now my insurance is expired after 60 days. I am on a tourist visa still and will be converting to education visa soon... which insurance policy would suit me now? Should I rebuy the same policy?
