Can you change hotels after staying one night at an AS quarantine hotel or SHA+ hotel in Thailand?Answered

For the AS quarantine hotel or SHA+ plus hotel, once you have stayed minimum 1 night you can change hotels. Is that correct? You don't have to stay 7 nights at same hotel do you?
