Has anyone been able to make an account on the Vientiane Thai Embassy site? I need to go there in 3-4 weeks. 

Said they’d send me an email to finish setting up account. Didn’t get it. Tried forget password. Account doesn’t exist. Try to make a new account but my passport number already used...
