Hi guys, I have been trying to do the Online 90 days reporting in bangkok. But it kept showing error and please contact immigration officer.

Crazy!! This is copy and pasted from a friend's fb. As you can see they've locked him up because he tried to visit Thailand for just the third time this year! This is crazy, this dude is a Canadian who lives and works in Korea!! Can anyone help or suggest something, I'm up in CM.
