However, Rh-Negative is EXTREMELY Rare in the Thai population.

Regional Blood Centres have Welcomed Back Donors from The United Kingdom 🇬🇧, France 🇫🇷 and Ireland 🇮🇪 who were previously unable to donate due to variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease aka "mad cow 🐄 disease ".
No Regional Restrictions at these locations!
Primary, not all, qualifications include: (I am a Volunteer... I do not have any input into the rules) Full donor registration form is posted on the top of my Page.
🎂 Age 17-70. Must be Under 60 years old if first-time donor in Thailand. 17 year olds need parental permission.
🍷 No Alcohol 24 hours prior
🥣 Low fat meal at least three hours prior
💧 Drink Plenty of water
🥸 Bring ID
🎨 Tatoos are accepted. Must be over 4 months old
📅 Must reside in Thailand for 90 days. Short-term tourists are not eligible.

particularly if you are Rh-Negative. We always need Rh-Negative donors.

If you do not know your blood type, please donate. Most people do not know their blood type.
Rh-Negative is EXTREMELY Rare in the Thai population. Relatively common in the Western population. It's up to us to help ourselves.
Massive number of Emergencies.
In Udon Thani a German Man was hit by a car and lost his leg. The Udon Thani Government Hospital blood bank has removed the Age Restrictions and the vCJD Restrictions "mad cow disease".
The National Blood Centre in Bangkok on Henri Dunant Rd has Welcomed Back Donors who lived in the UK 🇬🇧 France 🇫🇷 and Ireland 🇮🇪 during the mad cow disease time-frame from 1980 to 1996.
Donate at your nearest Red Cross. They can transfer blood.
- Under 60 if first-time donor in Thailand, 70 if previously donated
- No alcohol 24 hours prior
- Healthy low-fat meal at least 3 hours prior
- 48 hour wait on Aspirin. Aspirin is a blood thinner.
