Can someone please advise on COE online submission? I didn't manage to save and keeps saying that "please attach a copy of your passport" even though I did attach pdf file of the passport.

Did anyone else get this error when submitting COE for vaccine certificate? (I tried attaching in jpg, pdf and file size is under 1MB) Solutions? consulate in chicago takes 1-2 weeks on average to respond to inquiries
