What should I do if I encounter an error while submitting the COE for my vaccine certificate?
Did anyone else get this error when submitting COE for vaccine certificate? (I tried attaching in jpg, pdf and file size is under 1MB) Solutions? consulate in chicago takes 1-2 weeks on average to respond to inquiries
