Well I’m reading here on the Thai immigration site that a TM 30 must be filled within the first 24 hours of me residing at condo by the owner. My question is they would do that one and then I would do it for the 90 day
Hi all. About the TM30. So I moved into my new condo with my gf and the condo is in her name (does it matter).
So my landlord will do it but how does it work, do I need to hand it in immediately to immigration or he only needs to put the date on it and I can take it to immigration on Monday when I go there?
Another option is or we should just do it online, but he is old and covid now so it might be inconvenient for him.
I'm new to this as I always used an agency and they can't really give me any advice besides to put the date on within 24hours of handing it in or I'll pay a fine (or my landlord).
