I am currently in Thailand on a Non O

90 day Visa. . . .

Have I read correctly ( from various sources and posts ) that instead of a multiple entry one year Visa , it is more effective/cost efficient to obtain ( if possible and from where?) a number of re entry permits, each time I leave on a single entry one year Visa?

It's about time again.. Visa run. I'm in Phuket now. I want to apply for 60 days this time. I know Penang is closest. Is it cheaper to go alone, or pay a company? Does anyone know recent prices of traveling there, visa costs, and what documents or info I need to apply for 60 days?

I'm looking for the safest and most cost effective way of doing this visa run.
